Ciela Features: The Current Product Guide

Ciela is the personalized-demo software included with Client Accelerator. It helps an operator turn a prospect's business website into one live demonstration, share it through a channel the operator chooses, and review what happened. It is not a CRM, lead database, campaign sender, contract tool, payment processor, or production agent platform.

Personalized Demo Builder

Start with a business website and optional details. Ciela researches the business and selects, or lets the operator select, one supported surface: chat, voice, or missed-call text back. A finished demo serves that one experience on a prospect-facing link.

Safe Review and Sharing

The operator can preview the demo, test it, and copy the public link. Preview activity is kept separate from ordinary prospect engagement so the activity record is not inflated by owner testing.

Conversations, Activity, and Receipts

Ciela records supported demo views, interactions, conversations, captured contact details, and CTA receipts. These facts help the operator understand what happened inside the demo. They do not replace the operator's external outreach or CRM.

Client Accelerator Accountability

Entitled members also have an accountability workspace for daily demo logs, weekly reviews, coaching attendance, and guarantee claims. The external community and live coaching are linked from that workspace.

Usage and Settings

Members can manage their profile, timezone, brand, usage, billing, and demo-volume plan from Settings. Demo capacity is separate from software access and from operator AI-credit usage.

What Happens After a Prospect Is Interested

The operator runs the sales conversation, scopes the production system, contracts, collects payment, and delivers using the tools appropriate to that project. Ciela demonstrates the proposed customer-facing experience; it does not silently turn a demo into the client's production system.
