Terms of Service

1. Service

These Terms are between you and Kingstone Systems LLC ("Kingstone," "we," "us," or "our"). Ciela is a product of Kingstone Systems LLC, which provides and operates the service described in these Terms. Ciela creates personalized, shareable AI demo hubs from business information and websites and provides related account, billing, usage, and program-access features.

Ciela does not send customer outreach, host customer contact lists, operate sender mailboxes, or manage outreach campaigns. You choose how and where to share a demo link.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your account information accurate and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Purchases and access

Client Accelerator is a one-time purchase that includes Ciela software access during its stated program window and the program benefits described at checkout. It does not automatically enroll you in a renewal.

Eligible customers may separately choose Continue Ciela. Demo-volume changes affect capacity only. Prices, limits, taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout control your purchase.

Stripe is the payment authority. Access begins after confirmed payment provisioning. Refunds, cancellations, and guarantee remedies follow the checkout terms and published refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Ciela for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive activity. Do not bypass usage limits, probe other accounts, disrupt the service, or misrepresent AI output as verified fact.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter, generated demos you publish, and any messages you send outside Ciela.

5. Demos, AI, and third parties

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every demo before sharing it. Demo chat, voice, and missed-call text-back experiences may use third-party providers and are subject to reasonable usage and availability limits.

The service may depend on Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vapi, AI model providers, hosting providers, and other processors needed to operate the supported product.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content and business information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it, create and serve your demos, provide support, secure the service, and comply with law.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, particular sales results, or that AI output will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingstone Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the supported product changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@ciela.ai.
