Terms of Service

1. Service

These Terms are between you and Kingstone Systems LLC ("Kingstone," "we," "us," or "our"). Ciela AI is a product of Kingstone Systems LLC, which provides and operates the service described in these Terms. Ciela AI creates personalized, shareable AI demos from business information and websites and provides related account, billing, and usage features. A Ciela demo is a preview: it does not book into a real calendar, send production confirmation texts, or deploy an agent for the business.

Ciela AI does not send customer outreach, host customer contact lists, operate sender mailboxes, or manage outreach campaigns. You choose how and where to share a demo link.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your account information accurate and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Purchases and access

Ciela AI offers a free account with one personalized demo and a $2 AI balance, once, without a card. Ciela Agency is a separate $79 per month subscription with 50 personalized demos and a $10 AI balance for each successfully paid billing cycle. A card-required 30-day trial of Agency may be offered through an activation link, with 50 demos and a $10 AI balance in total during the trial, then $79 per month. There is one trial per account or customer.

Included demos apply only to the billing period or trial in which they are granted. Unused demos do not carry over to a later period. An extra demo pack expires at the end of the billing period in which it is purchased.

Extra demo packs add demo capacity only. Paid accounts can add AI balance in $10 top-ups. Demo chat and voice interactions use AI balance. Access is granted after Stripe confirms payment, not when a checkout page loads. Demo-volume changes affect capacity only.

A Skool Premium membership is sold and billed by Skool and is separate from Ciela AI. It does not include a Ciela AI subscription. Prices, limits, taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout control your purchase.

Stripe is the payment authority. Access begins after confirmed payment provisioning. Refunds and cancellations follow the checkout terms and published refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Ciela AI for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive activity. Do not bypass usage limits, probe other accounts, disrupt the service, or misrepresent AI output as verified fact.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter, generated demos you publish, and any messages you send outside Ciela AI.

5. Demos, AI, and third parties

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every demo before sharing it. Demo chat, voice, and missed-call text-back experiences may use third-party providers and are subject to reasonable usage and availability limits.

The service may depend on Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vapi, AI model providers, hosting providers, and other processors needed to operate the supported product.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content and business information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it, create and serve your demos, provide support, secure the service, and comply with law.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, particular sales results, or that AI output will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingstone Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

8. Changes and contact
