Choose One Problem and One Surface

A finished Ciela demo should communicate one customer-facing workflow. Select chat, voice, or missed-call text back based on the business's observable need. Do not present a finished demo as a gallery of several products or describe quote generation as a live supported surface.

Review Before Sharing

Use the owner preview path to check business facts, branding, tone, escalation language, and the full conversation. Repair or rebuild the demo if the evidence is weak. Do not count owner preview activity as prospect engagement.

Describe It as a Demo

The demo helps a prospect experience a proposed interaction. It does not prove that a production integration exists, that every edge case is solved, or that a particular result will occur. Scope production data, integrations, compliance, and operations after the prospect confirms interest.

Send the Bare Public Link

Copy the public demo URL and share it through the external channel you already use. Do not add dashboard, preview, recording, or surface query parameters to ordinary prospect traffic.

Read Engagement as a Signal

A view, interaction, conversation, or CTA receipt is evidence of what happened inside the demo. It is not the same as purchase intent. Use the activity to prepare a relevant human follow-up outside Ciela.

Keep Outreach and Delivery Separate

Ciela has no campaign sender, lead list, reply inbox, automated follow-up, CRM, contract tool, or payment collection feature. Use your chosen tools for those jobs and keep the demo link as the proof asset inside that workflow.
