How Ciela bills you.

One credit balance covers everything: Ciela chat, AI outreach generation, lead sourcing, live demos, and Theo voice. Every plan includes 2,000 credits a month for Ciela chat, demos, outreach, and lead sourcing. Verified contacts cost 10 / lead (≤150), 5 above credits; CSV import and LinkedIn URL campaigns are free. Credits reset on the 1st and don't roll over. Need more? Upgrade your monthly credit plan from Settings.

What burns credits

Most actions are metered by how much AI they actually use, so they fall in a range. Theo voice is the one fixed rate. Typical costs:

Theo voice: 80 / min credits
Hosted production voice: 80 / min credits
Hosted production SMS: ~2 / segment credits
Ciela chat: 2-10 credits
Email / LinkedIn generation: 5-30 credits
Demo chat: 10-30 credits
Verified lead: 10 / lead (≤150), 5 above credits
Full demo / proposal: 50-150 credits

When credits reset

Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over: use them or lose them. If you run out before the reset, upgrade your credit plan, and the higher allowance applies right away. Hosted production agents are managed by Ciela's runtime, not by your BYO AI keys. Theo demo voice is the fixed-rate voice item in the credit bucket.

Agency operators

We don't take a % of your client revenue

With the Agency add-on, you can bill clients on your own Stripe Connect account. Ciela's default platform fee on those client payments is 0% — your retainer is yours, minus Stripe's normal card processing. You pay Ciela through your subscription and credits; your clients pay you. Managing your plan

Everything lives in Settings, Billing: raise your monthly credits (Starter, Creator, Power), add or remove the Agency add-on, update the card on file, and cancel. Upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect immediately and the lower rate takes over at your next renewal.

Ciela AI includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. Email support@ciela.ai within 7 days of purchase if Ciela is not the right fit and we will refund that plan charge and end paid access — no call or usage requirement. Renewals, credit upgrades, and Agency add-on usage after raw file downloads, custom domains, API access, or client portals are excluded.

Cancellation takes effect immediately: paid access ends right away, future renewals stop, and there is no refund for unused time outside the 7-day guarantee. The public policy lives at Refund Policy.
