How Ciela bills you.

Everything lives on the Plan & Billing page: add or change a monthly demo-volume plan, update the card on file, and manage access. Upgrades apply right away with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. A Ciela renewal can be canceled under Manage access. Client Accelerator is a prepaid one-time purchase and does not renew automatically; contact support if you want to end that access early.

Client Accelerator carries the First Client Support Guarantee, built around one active 90-day work period. Create and publish one personalized demo for a new business every calendar day. This is the minimum guarantee requirement, not the recommended ceiling. Complete it and still not land a qualifying paying client, and you choose another 90 days of first-client coaching and Ciela software access at no cost or a refund of the price you actually paid for Client Accelerator. Choosing one forfeits the other. There is no second work period required before the refund is available. Submit the claim form in your Client Accelerator workspace during Days 91–120. Canceling a Ciela renewal stops future charges while preserving access through the billing period already paid for. Ending prepaid Client Accelerator access early does not create a prorated refund except where required by law. The public policy lives at Refund Policy.
