Leads, Inbox, and pipeline.

This is Ciela's pre-sale pipeline layer: the people you are trying to reach, the lists they came from, the campaigns touching them, and the replies that need your attention. It is separate from Clients, which is where closed customers and delivered Library agents live after the sale.

What it is

Think of this layer as the memory for outbound. Find Leads and CSV imports create contact records. Lead lists keep those records organized by niche, source, campaign, or experiment. The LinkedIn, email, omnichannel, and demo agents write activity back to the same contacts so Ciela knows who was contacted, who replied, and who should stop receiving follow-up.

  • Find LeadsThe sourcing surface. Describe your target to Ciela and it delivers verified contacts into a new list. Start with Find Leads.
  • LeadsThe list and contact surface. Use it for imported CSVs, sourced lead lists, contact cleanup, and picking the people a LinkedIn, email, or omnichannel campaign should touch.
  • CampaignsThe execution layer. The LinkedIn, email, and omnichannel agents read from lead lists, create campaign membership, and stop sending when a prospect replies, opts out, or is otherwise no longer safe to touch.
  • InboxThe handoff layer. Replies from LinkedIn and email surface here so you can take over the human conversation with the context of what the prospect already saw.
  • ImplementationThe post-sale layer. Once a prospect becomes a customer, hand delivery to your chosen implementation stack and keep Ciela focused on acquisition, demos, replies, and closing.

Build or import a list

Use Find Leads when you want Ciela to source contacts, or create a new list on Leads and import a CSV when you already have prospects.

Enroll the list into a campaign

Pick the channel that matches your data: the LinkedIn agent when the list has LinkedIn URLs, the email agent when it has verified work emails, the omnichannel agent when you want multiple channels coordinated in one flow. Add {{demoLink}} when the demo agent should generate a live demo per prospect.

Watch the inbox for handoff

Ciela is built to stop automation at the first real reply. The Inbox is where the human sale begins, with the prospect, channel, and prior touchpoints in one place.

Move closed customers into Clients

Lead and contact records are for outbound. After a prospect pays, move the account into your chosen implementation stack and keep Ciela focused on acquisition, replies, demos, and close support.

Rule of thumb

Use Leads and Inbox for people you are trying to close. After they pay, hand delivery to your implementation stack. Keeping that split clean makes the product easier to operate: pipeline on one side, implementation on the other.
